Public launches use the stable raffle path today. Factory-created DAO custody is unavailable until the canonical factory signer is enabled, so DAO-only controls are locked.

3DAO Governance

Launch-time DAO knobs are locked for the public PoC. A real DAO appears only when the server runs the active factory path; vote windows and treasury policy can be proven after that on the governance page.

Creators do not enter a model, API key, or agent address. The model only decides when to call the bounded collect tool; recipient and policy checks remain on-chain.

5Rules

Airdrops are governed after launch through the `Airdrop (mint mandate)` proposal action. Launch metadata rules are derived from the selections below so the public page matches the deployed configuration.

50% of supply (500,000 tokens) funds up to 500 draws
A draw runs every 1s; the raffle ends after 72h or once the pool is distributed
On completion, liquidity migrates to Hyperion (CLMM) at the 0.30% fee tier

DAO governance target: 10% quorum, 50% pass threshold, 3-day votes
